We present a route to selective coupling of dark and bright excitons in atomically thin transition metal dichalcogenide alloys to planar microstructures via anisotropic purcell enhanced out-of-plane resonator modes engineered by tapering of micro-disks. © optica publishing group 2021, © 2021 the author (s)
