Abstract: Strong reduction in the local susceptibility was observed at low temperature at Ce140 in RRhIn (R = Y, La, Ce, Gd) compounds. The observed trend of the paramagnetic enhancement factor beta could be reproduced for CeRhIn using the Kondo model modified for J greater-than-or-equal-to 1 with a characteristic temperature T0 almost-equal-to 400 K.
