Abstract: A two-dimensional diffusion simulator for simulating the non-linear diffusion equation is developed. It makes use of spatial variable transforms, resulting in improved space resolution, especially while solving over infinite spatial distance. The simulator is especially advantageous for analysing deep junctions like those needed in power devices. (C) 1996 .
