| Abstract: | Alkyne trimerization by application of the Grubbs ruthenium first generation catalyst has been demonstrated. In this regard, triaryloxymethylbenzene derivatives have been generated by cotrimerization of propargylated phenol derivatives with the aid of the Grubbs catalyst. Depropargylation under various catalysts have been studied. |
